Is my resume data stored on your servers?

No. Your resume content is processed by our AI in real-time and lives only in your browser's session storage. When you close your browser tab, your resume data is automatically cleared. We never store resume content in any database.

Can I switch templates after I've paid?

Yes! You can switch templates freely at any time — before or after payment. Your payment covers downloading in any template. Simply use the "Change Template" button in the preview screen.

What happens if I refresh the page or share the link?

Your session is stored in your browser's tab-specific storage. If you refresh mid-process (e.g., during extraction), you may need to restart. If you open the URL in a new tab or browser, you'll see a "Session Not Found" message — this is by design to protect your privacy.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. CVForge never sees or stores your card number or banking credentials. Every payment is verified server-side using HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic signatures.

Because our services are digital and instantly delivered (the AI processes your resume the moment you pay), all payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
